My experience with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Recently I did a poll on IG asking if anyone would be interested in me filming a Youtube video about what it has been like having Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I decided to do the video today and have it here for your viewing pleasure. Thanks for always supporting and showing an interest in my life.

I hope my video helps anyone else who is struggling with chronic illness feel seen/validated.

Thank you to all the spoonies out there who have been vulnerable with their illness and shared on social media. It has helped me feel less alone and like I am not crazy.
